No — we draft the plan set. You (or your team) submit it to your AHJ and handle the actual permit application, fees, and any resubmission logistics. We provide the submittable documents; you run the submission.

Residential and small-commercial systems are priced and ordered directly on this site. For commercial or larger ground-mount projects, contact us — those are scoped individually rather than self-serve.

Yes, when they bundle onto a Solar order. Solar is the anchor — EV Charger, Battery Storage, and Generator can each add onto a Solar order in the same cart, HVAC can add onto either a Solar or Generator order, and a Main Panel Upgrade can add onto a Solar, EV, or Generator order. Two unrelated standalone services can't share a single cart; place them as separate orders.

Free revisions for AHJ or utility-required corrections — unlimited, until your permit is approved, at no extra charge. If a revision is needed because of a change to your own project specs after ordering (different equipment, layout change, or missed site requirement not caused by the AHJ), a flat $75 revision fee applies to cover the redraw.

Self-serve checkout — you order and pay directly online, no sales calls for standard orders. Installers running 50+ systems per month can apply for NET terms on the NET Terms page.

24–48 hours from the time we receive your complete intake information. Engineer stamp add-ons run on a separate timeline.

Drafting is our core service and doesn't include a stamp by default. Most standard residential systems don't require one. If yours does, we offer an independent licensed engineer's review as an optional add-on, on its own timeline.
