Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PlanSet Pros website and the permit plan set drafting services we provide. By placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

PlanSet Pros drafts AHJ-ready permit plan sets for solar, EV charger, battery storage, generator, HVAC, and main panel upgrade projects, with a typical turnaround of 48–72 hours from the time an order is approved. Drafting is our core service. Professional engineer (PE) stamps are available as an optional add-on and are provided by independent licensed engineers.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you provide accurate project information and any required documents. Pricing is shown at checkout and is based on the scope you select. If the actual scope differs from what was submitted, we may flag a mismatch and request an additional payment before work proceeds. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.

Deliverables & Revisions

You will receive your drafted plan set as downloadable files. We offer revisions to address errors or reasonable adjustments. Additional revisions or changes beyond the original scope may be subject to further fees. Deliverables are provided for your use in pursuing permits and are not a guarantee of permit approval by any authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).

Engineer Stamps

PE stamps are provided by independent licensed engineers and do not guarantee permit approval. We make no representation that a stamped plan set will be accepted by any particular AHJ, utility, or inspector.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the project information and documents you provide. We retain ownership of our drafting methods, templates, and any pre-existing intellectual property used to produce your deliverables. You may use the delivered plan sets for your project and permit submissions.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanSet Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from the use or inability to use a delivered plan set, including permit denials, project delays, or code compliance issues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlanSet Pros operates. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For questions, contact hello@plansetpros.com.
