We use your information to process orders, draft your plan sets, communicate with you about your project, send transactional emails (such as order confirmations and delivery notices), and provide customer support. Service Providers & Third Parties

We rely on trusted third parties to operate our business, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and file storage. These providers process your data only as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy and security obligations. Independent licensed engineers may receive your project details solely to provide an optional PE stamp add-on.

We retain order and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, or record-keeping obligations. Inquiries that do not result in an order are retained for a reasonable period to respond to follow-up questions and then deleted.
